Hello, my name is Claudia Miranda-Montealegre
A trained Industrial Designer with a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). With over 30+ toys in the market, Claudia truly enjoys creating entertaining activities for the whole family to enjoy. She has designed toys for a number of companies, including Fisher-Price, Chick-Fil-A, Walmart, and Petsmart; experiences which have honed her abilities in this field. She is excited to be able to share what she has learned to teach the next generation of artists and designers to believe in their talent and work on their creative skills in order to make their craziest ideas become a reality.
My word is: translator
Growing up in a multicultural environment allowed me to become fast at communicating ideas. I am fluent in five languages, and as a polyglot I am able to understand cultural differences that most people ignore and integrate them into my work.
While studying at the Savannah College of Art and Design this skill became especially useful as it allowed me to translate problems into solutions, research into innovation, and ideas into strategies.
